Get the message out quickly. The IM C400SRF prints at up 45 pages per minute (ppm) in black-and-white and up to 42 ppm in color, including legal-sized documents. It can handle multiple jobs from multiple users simultaneously. Use it to store up to 3,000 documents on the standard 320 GB Hard Disk Drive for faster distribution. Expand paper capacity up to 2,300 sheets with up to three optional paper trays.

Access websites, cloud services, address books and other sources — and share information instantly from the palm of your hand. Participate in large group environments by sending files directly to Ricoh projectors and interactive flat panel displays (IFPDs).
Go quickly, share digitally
Digitize documents, energize users. Scan up to 82 images per minute (ipm) with the Single-Pass Document Feeder (SPDF). Share the files with your choice of scan-to capabilities, or store them in Dropbox™, SharePoint™ and other preferred cloud applications. Use paperless faxing to distribute sensitive documents directly to email recipients. Opt for the Double Feed Detection Unit to minimize double feeds.
Account for everyone, everything
With User Authentication, only authorized users can access key device functions — including color printing — via passcodes, QR codes or an optional NFC reader. Locked Print holds files in queue until an authorized release. Issue chargebacks using RICOH Device Manager NX Accounting. The Ricoh-only operating system protects from OS-specific threats. Encryption and overwrite tools add more security.

It reverts to Sleep Mode during idle periods, and offers fast 8-second recovery times. Use default duplex printing to reduce paper costs. Use the Eco-Friendly Indicator to track paper usage and encourage responsible printing.
